The Best Things in Life

The best and most beautiful things in this world cannot be seen or even heard, but must be felt with the heart. Hellen Keller

Today is Bryan and my 15th anniversary. I am blessed to have the best, most loving, caring and sweetest husband in the world. Bryan is a perfect picture of self-sacrifice and unconditional love. He always has my best interest in mind, even when I don't deserve it. Over the past fifteen years I have watched Bryan grow into a Godly husband, father, teacher and servant. I am so blessed to have him as the love of my life and look forward with an expectant heart to the years yet to come. I thank the Lord, that He knew just the man who would complete me.
I love you Bryan,
drea

Hello there!

"God's girl" somehow found my blog, so I'm taking this opportunity to peek in on her friends. Your family is beautiful - so blessed! Our newest neice is from China. She is just a doll. Our own grandchildren consist of 2 girls that are 1/2 Dominican Republic, 1 girl 1/2 Mexican, and a boy and girl that are just plain white. :) One of our daughters and son-in-law are looking to adopt bi-racial siblings. We can't wait! They are all such a treasure to my husband and me!

Have a great day in the Lord!

God's Girl just happened to find my blog. I am so glad she did. I clicked on several of those who have commented on her blog and have had some neat responses. Almost all have mentioned things we have in common. It is such a small world.

I love Beth Moore too. I'm doing her Daniel study right now with a friend of mine. I was able to borrow the DVDs. Wow! Beth lives in Houston which is 5 or 6 hours from where I live, but I have a daughter and son-in-law that moved there in May (with 2 of the grandkids). I've told my daughter to watch for Beth's speaking engagements and I'll drive down sometime to catch one.

We wouldn't take anything for the mission opportunities we've had. The most recent to Sierra Leone was the hardest thing we've ever done, but the most rewarding. God was simply amazing on that trip and the people were the best! We pray to go back in 2009.

Please keep in touch and I will do the same. I've added you to my favorites and I'll be checking on you!

In Christ.....
